Community Health Development
Bon Secours Richmond Health System reached out to several health districts to assist them with their Regional Community Needs Assessment. A survey was recently developed to gain input from the communities they serve regarding health priorities & they asked if we would share the survey with health-focused coalitions and community partners. Below is the survey link (available in English and Spanish). Would you be willing to share it with the CC Health Coalition members? You are welcome to share it with additional community partners/residents as well & we encourage County leaders to complete the survey. The results of the survey will be in Bon Secours's 2019 assessment report and will be shared with the health districts. We'll be able to break-down the responses to the survey by County, so all this information will be shared with the coalition!
Please let me know if you have any questions. If I'm unable to answer your question, I'll connect you with Madelyn Eubanks, who is the Community Development Program Manager for Bon Secours, and has been working closely with the health districts on this project.
